We are thrilled to announce the arrival of our new menus at Magic Yacht Charters. Our Executive Chef Rory Bamber has created a new menu that he and his team will execute to the highest of standards. New menu themes include the Memphis BBQ Menu featuring selections like Braised Short Rib and House-smoked Brisket or the Captain’s Famous Feast Menu with choices that include Seared Wild Caught Cod or Wild Seasonal Salmon.
Our new appetizers feature fresh seafood platters, artisanal cheeses, and house-crafted salads, all of which are carefully selected to create a memorable taste experience. The entrees are equally impressive, featuring locally sourced ingredients. Our protein dishes are plentiful - from Chicken Piccata to AAA herbed and seared Tenderloin Beef to Baby Back Pork BBQ Ribs. Our pastas feature protein and vegetarian options including Spaghetti Bolognaise, Penne Primavera, Linguine Vongole, and plenty more choices.
And finally, what's a meal without dessert? Our new desserts are a perfect way to end a delightful meal with a sweet touch - a wide selection of mousses, pies, seasonal fruits and berries with mint yoghurt, and more!
